Still Life Painting: Pink Peony in Glass Bottle No.2

Sold
I'm going to do a couple of more of these flower glass vase paintings and then I'm going back to some landscapes. Flowers are very challenging for me. I love them but need a break!

Still Life Painting: Pink Peony in Glass Jar

Sold
So much for all that flower cutting. :) Anyway, I love this painting, the big flower head at the top with the delicate glass on the bottom. I wish I used a smoother texture canvas for this. I should paint it again on a larger like, 12 x 24 and smoother surface. I hope I can...this is the end of the Peonies and I can not believe that I have not been taking photo's of them. I need to do that.

Still Life Painting: Two White Peonies

More of my husbands flowers. They are so pretty. I see them from the window and want to go out and cut some for a big beautiful bouquet, but when I get out there I just hate to cut them! They look so beautiful in the garden. The Peonies are almost finished, so tomorrow I will go out there with my clippers and....well we'll see what I come out with.
