"Incredible" 12 x 12 oil on canvas
This is my second painting with an egg. I love the egg! It is incredible, tasty and one of my favorite foods. It's even portable. Hard boiled you can put it in your pocket or purse and take with you. How convenient is that! You couldn't do that with a steak, or a lobster. Let's not forget how versatile the egg is either. Not only can you cook it up a number of ways, you can color them with dye so they look pretty. What other kind of food can you do that to? What kind? I say none! Another thing you can do is poke a hole in each end, blow out the inside of the egg and then decorate it with beads, paint whatever and VOILA, you have instant home decor. Pretty incredible.
