Love painting eggplants! The colors are so pretty, deep purple, lavender to grey with beautiful blue highlights.A real pleasure to paint. Not saying easy to paint. Fun to paint and easy to paint are two completely different things. Just my opinion. Easy to paint I believe, has to do with your mind, where your head is while your painting. As a painter I can struggle with the simplest of subjects and flow through the more complicated as if my paint brush was a magic wand! I call it Focus Pocus. You know, like Hocus Pocus.  :)
