Much better. The top photo is pretty close to what is real. On my monitor anyway. I built a box out of white board. Similar to what I did before but it has a lid. Instead of shinning the light on the painting, I shine the two lights on the side and up to reflect the white. I know it is best to shoot in natural daylight but that is hard to do with our NJ weather. I also have this set up right next to my computer so I don't have to schlep the camera and tripod back and forth; also it's all high enough so I don't have to bend to look in the view finder.
